S2 Capital are experts at identifying undervalued C and D class multifamily products and repositioning them to add value. The brand voice crafted for them is earnest, edgy, confident, and a touch irreverent. Language is clear, concise playful, and tongue-in-cheek in the right scenarios. Overall, S2 is about having fun and being proud of being different. Scope includes concept, copywriting, print design, digital design, social, email, and experiential/environmental design.

S2 wanted a playful elevator lobby and we took the names of their properties and re-contextualized the names.

Another option for the elevator lobby would've taken a Louise Nevelson approach by painting construction and building toys and installing them on the walls.

Another option for the elevator lobby would've seen installed and painted brick with spray-painted Rococo frames.
